Audio/Video Files
Retention: 0 seconds
Deleted immediately after processing completes. Never stored on our servers.
Analysis Reports
Retention: 90 days
Automatically deleted after 90 days. You can request early deletion anytime.
Business Records
Retention: 7 years
Order history and financial records retained as required by tax law. Contains minimal personal data.
Badge Certification Data
Retention: Permanent (24+ months)
If you earn a badge certification, your certificate data (badge tier, score, certificate ID, verification hash) is retained permanently to enable public verification via your certificate's verification URL. This ensures anyone can verify your badge authenticity at any time during its 24-month validity period and beyond.
Badge graphics (images) and verification records cannot be deleted as they serve as proof of credential authenticity for third parties (employers, clients, platforms).
7. Children's Privacy
SpeakSights is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@speaksights.com.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located in the United States and European Union. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with GDPR requirements.
EU Users: We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for data transfers to non-EU countries.

We use only essential cookies required for service functionality (login sessions, payment processing). No advertising or tracking cookies.
