What We Keep and For How Long
Audio/Video Files
Deleted ImmediatelyYour audio files are deleted from our servers immediately after processing completes. We never store your voice recordings.

Analysis Reports
90 DaysYour credibility reports are stored for 90 days to allow access and re-downloads. After 90 days, they are automatically deleted via nightly automated jobs.
Automatic deletion after 90 days
Badge Certificates
24 Months (Active Period)Badge certifications remain active for 24 months from issue date. After expiration, badge status changes to "expired" but verification history is maintained.
Valid for certification period
Business Records
7 YearsOrder history and financial records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law. Contains minimal personal data (email, order ID, payment info).

How Automated Deletion Works
Nightly Automated Jobs
Every night at 2 AM UTC, our system automatically scans for data that has exceeded retention periods.
Identification & Audit
Reports older than 90 days are identified and logged in our audit system for compliance tracking.
Permanent Deletion
Personal data is permanently removed from all systems. This process is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Audit Log Created
A deletion record is created for GDPR compliance, documenting what was deleted and when. This log contains no personal data.

- ✓Report access tokens (can no longer view report)
- ✓API service logs with your data
Retained (Minimal)

- •Badge certificate (if awarded, valid 24 months)
- •Deletion audit log (no personal data)
